Programs and Services

What We Do

Dignity provides quality, affordable subsidized housing to homeless individuals and families in three housing programs, each specially designed to meet the varying needs of the tenant population. Anchored by case management, Dignity offers life skills development, health and wellness supports, education and workforce development as well as services for housing placement beyond Dignity. These supports and services are specifically designed to meet the needs of our homeless clients, including residents with physical and mental health disabilities, histories of substance abuse, victims of domestic violence and those facing education and employment challenges due to low skills and limited financial resources.

Promoting Self-Sufficiency

At Dignity Housing, we know that affordable housing alone will not move individuals and families out of poverty.  For that reason, Dignity’s provides housing in combination with supportive services designed to promote the self sufficiency of our residents.  Our supportive services model encourages residents to be actively involved in setting goals – initially, to achieve daily stability through life skill development and health and wellness support.  Once stable, clients tackle individual goals in areas of education, workforce development, employment, and securing permanent housing beyond Dignity.
