Eagles Players Plant Flowers, Award Grant To Dignity Housing
On September 18, the Eagles participated with community partner Dignity Housing in a Community Monday project to plant flowers and trees. The
Eagles Linebacker Nigel Bradham said, “Today we’re out here having fun with the kids planting flowers, doing landscaping, just having a little fun activity outdoors.” Dignity Housing Executive Director Vanessa Tercero said, “It’s nice to have the Eagles come to our facility and just have them interact with our families and our children, and they’re just having fun, just being out here with the players and the staff.”
In addition to the beautification effort, the Eagles also presented Dignity Housing with a $5,000 grant as part of the NFL’s Play 60 initiative.
